About

I offer domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments from Brighton to Worthing and the surrounding areas. I am a fully qualified, accredited and insured Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with a reliable and professional service. My committed and efficient approach will make the process effortless whether you are an estate agent, private landlord or homeowner.

I will arrange an appointment to visit the property at a convenient time for you and offer a competitive price. I guarantee that the unique certificate will be published to the public register within 24 hours of site visit.

After working in the Brighton and Hove letting and sales market, I know the high level of service expected in this fast-paced industry. I saw a gap in the market for an independent and personal service which larger companies simply cannot match.

Management

I offer a monthly management

service where I can arrange access with the tenant to

renew the EPC.

Why do I need an EPC?

You need a valid EPC when selling or renting a property. You must commission an EPC before placing a property on the market if a valid report is not held.

From April 2018, it is now illegal to let a residential property below an 'E' rating.

From April 2020, all tenanted dwellings will need to be brought up to a minimum of an 'E' rating.

This report gives the prospective tenant/buyer an accurate representation of how energy efficient the property is. This also includes a guide to works that could be undertaken to improve the efficiency.
